Jack offers to talk to Kyle but Phyllis thinks it's best if Summer interns for the Jabot fashion line with Neil. Neil has a heated conversation with Congressman Wheeler. Later, Wheeler is at the police station when he sees Bob brought it by Alex. Wheeler asks Paul to keep him updated on the progress of the case. Nikki and Victor return to the ranch for the first time since the shooting occurred. Tyler surprises Leslie when he says he is testifying for the prosecution in their father's case.
